Residency artists and researchers Media and video art Tuomo Kangasmaa Visual artist At the residence, I will be focusing on writing the script for a work that incorporates both an exhibition entity and motion picture. My scriptwriting will be based upon my previous exhibitions in which I have studied the relationship between image and reality. My work has been featured at exhibitions and festivals in Finland and abroad. I also participate in several artist groups, which are an important counterbalance to working alone. The Saari Residence simultaneously offers both privacy and community. What could possibly be a better place to write than this. Slowly. Breathing.
