Language revitalisation and its research

In 2014, Kone Foundation organised a funding round on language revitalisation and its research.

Funding is awarded to language maintenance and revitalisation projects which involve research. The funding is part of the Kone Foundation Language Programme (2012–2016), and the languages supported are primarily minority languages in Finland and Finno-Ugric minority languages elsewhere.

The applications should be submitted during the annual funding round of Kone Foundation (deadline 30 Sept 2014). Grants are applied using the online application service. Please use the application form of the category “Language revitalisation”.
