It includes basic information about the funding granted, the project summary from the application, and, for completed projects, the summary from the final report. The pages can be found via the Awarded grants and residencies menu. You can add your contact details, links, text and images to the overview page. Please note that the application summary cannot be edited. The project’s responsible person can update the page by signing in with their koneensaatio.fi username. Usernames are automatically created for the email addresses of responsible persons of ongoing projects. When logging in for the first time, create a new password by entering your email address and clicking “Lost your password?” You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. See the video tutorial below for instructions on how to update your project overview page. Separate project page If the overview page doesn’t meet your needs, you can also create a separate project page that presents the key information about your project. We encourage you to summarize the essence of your project in a short text, present your plan, or share the outcomes of the project. Send your project introduction text, publication-ready photos and other content to the Foundation’s communications team, after which we will compile the page for publication. Explore the existing project pages here How to create a project page The project page is intended for a general presentation of your project. If the project is already well underway, you can also use the project page to provide information on the progress and results of the work. Project pages are intended for timeless content that needs less frequent updating. In addition, all of the project’s At the Well blog posts will be listed on the page — we encourage you to use the blog to share your latest news! At the top of the page you’ll see the project name, a short introductory phrase, and an image. Below, the left column contains basic information and links (e.g. social channels, website), the middle column contains the full project presentation text, and below that you’ll find the project’s At the Well blog posts. Submit the project page information to the Foundation using this Word template: Project page information (.docx)Lataa Attach a main image (note: it crops to a square on the project page!). You can also send additional images — these will be placed within the body text. Landscape or square images work best here. Send the material to viestinta@koneensaatio.fi. We will contact you and request more information if needed before publishing the page.
