News Grants 15.09.2026 2026 general grant call has closed – over 8 000 applications received Illustration: Sanni Seppä Share: Kone Foundation’s general grant call for 2026 has closed. By the deadline, we had received a total of 8549 applications, almost a thousand more than last year. The new funding decisions will be published on 10 December 2026. The general call received 4346 applications for research projects and 4203 for art projects. 663 applications were submitted for the For the Woods application round, which closed at the same time.
