The Lauttasaari Manor area is a historically layered place with great cultural, historical and architectural value. Unfortunately we do not rent out the manor for external use. The history of Lauttasaari Manor Kone Foundation’s move into the mansion in 2018 signified a new phase in the rich history of this building, completed in 1837, and the oldest building in Lauttasaari, the Red Villa, dating back to 1791–93. You can visit us by signing up for guided tours or booking a private tour through Lauttasaari Society, or during the events we organise. Read more about guided tours at Lauttasaari Manor Refurbishment project Kone Foundation purchased the Lauttasaari Manor in 2015 from the City of Helsinki. The purchase was followed by a refurbishment project that took almost three years, involving the complete renovation of these architecturally and culturally important buildings.
