Residency artists and researchers Literature Zarmina Rafi Writer, cultural manager Zarmina Rafi is a Pakistani-Canadian writer and cultural manager. She will be working on a group of linked short stories, as well as researching for an essay related to the production of new media arts in Pakistan.
