The first artists of 2024 at the Saari Residence

A new group of residents arrived at the Saari Residence at the beginning of the year.

At the beginning of January, the Saari Residence for researchers and artists welcomed filmmaker and visual artist Özge Akarsu (Turkey/Belgium), Saari Invited Artist January and February 2024, dramaturg, playwright Ilja Lehtinen (Finland), screenwriter and podcaster Nisa Neza (USA), performance maker, playwright and dramaturg Katariina Numminen (Finland), artist, researcher Devashish Sharma (India), work duo poet and novelist a Kári Tulinius (Iceland/ Finland) and writer and literary translator Larissa Kyzer (USA), art curator and the grantee by Kone Foundation Denise Araouzou (Cypros).
