Welcome to an information session providing an overview of the annual grant call. During the event Kalle Korhonen, Director of Funding, will talk about the foundation’s values, funding priorities, and fields supported by the foundation, Maija Karasvaara, Research and Arts Funding Specialist, and Silja Pasila, Grant Specialist, will present the available funding opportunities and explain how applications are evaluated. Participants can ask questions via the YouTube chat (login required) and in person at Lauttasaari Manor during the Q&A session following the presentation. Attendees at the venue will also have an opportunity to ask additional questions about the grant call after the event. Please ensure that your project meets the criteria for applying and Kone Foundation’s focuses in awarding grants. The event will be held in English. How to participate At Lauttasaari Manor (Otavantie 10, 00200 Helsinki), capacity is limited to 50 participants. We kindly ask attendees to register in advance to reserve a seat. Remote participants can find the link for the live stream on Kone Foundation’s YouTube channel before the start of the event. The event will be recorded for later viewing. We also encourage online participants to register for the event and answer a few brief questions. This will help us customize the presentation to better address the audience’s interests.
