And what should be done when disagreements become an obstacle to working together? In this webinar, you will hear best practices related to collaboration and its challenges in grant projects, and have the opportunity to discuss them with other grant recipients. The event will explore the conditions, practices, and challenges of effective collaboration – as well as how to navigate those challenges – led by visual artist and lawyer Riikka Kuoppala, and workplace mediation expert Miriam Attias. Kuoppala will talk about the kinds of agreements that can be used in collaborative grant projects, while Attias will address both the prevention and handling of disagreements. The event will be held on Zoom. A participation link will be sent to registered participants before the event. Please register for the event before Friday, August 22. The times are approximate. Since the purpose of the event is also to share experiences, we hope that all participants will take part in the small group discussions.
