Peer mentoring close-up session

In Kone Foundation's peer mentoring, grant recipients formed this spring groups based on their interests and the support they needed, and then selected the topics they wished to work with in a jointly agreed schedule. The close-up session will be arranged at the Lauttasaari Manor as well as remotely via Zoom video conferencing platform.

Time and place: Wednesday, 16 September, 1–4 p.m., Lauttasaari Manor (Otavantie 10) and remotely via Zoom

In the close-up session of this spring’s peer mentoring, we will exchange peer mentoring experiences, create ground for future peer mentoring groups and network with each other.

We will discuss e.g. the following questions: What worked particularly well in the peer mentoring groups and how could it be supported further? What kind of challenges did the groups face, and how could those be tackled? In addition, we will create practical tips for peer mentoring groups to follow.

You can prepare for the session by preparing to tell about your peer mentoring group’s collaboration.

13:00–13:30 Catching up
13:30–15:30 Experiences and learnings of the groups, and practical tips for the peer mentoring groups to follow
15:30–16 Wrap-up

We will send detailed instructions to participants attending remotely via Zoom.
