Kone Foundation’s next grant application round will take place between the 1st and 15th of September 2020. What do bold initiatives in art and research look like? What kinds of projects will be funded in this year's theme-based application round? The grant info session on Wednesday 19 August is an opportunity to learn about the grant application process this coming autumn and to receive guidance for using the Online Application Service.

Time and place: Wednesday 19 August 3–5 p.m., Lauttasaari Manor (Otavantie 10)

At the first grant info session this year, you will learn about the general grant application round of the coming autumn, the application round for residencies at Lauttasaari Manor and the theme-based application round organised this year, which will focus on Russia and the Finno-Russian relations from the point of view of the environment and sustainable development.

Kone Foundation’s Executive Director Anna Talasniemi will talk about the Foundation’s grants and the residencies of the Lauttasaari Manor, while Director of Research Kalle Korhonen will talk about how the Foundation supports research and about the theme-based application process. In addition, the Foundation’s Grant Coordinator Silja Pasila will give guidance for successfully filling out and submitting your application form using the Online Application Service. There will also be time for questions at the event.

The event will be held in English.
